Prepare the Dough
- Put in a bowl and add all-purpose flour, salt, and ghee/oil.
- Rub the mixture with your fingertips until it comes together.
- Add water and knead the dough until it is soft and firm.

Prepare the Filling
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Set aside.

- Toss oil in a deep pan with low-medium heat.
- Rub each side of the samosa with care and fry it until you have a golden brown crust. Set aside.
- Fry in batches to prevent crowds.
- Whenever it appears golden, take off the paper towels and let them dry.
