  1. Rajma Wash Soak 1 cup of rajma in water overnight or for about 8 to 10 hours.

  3. Add 1 large finely chopped onion and cook until it becomes golden brown.
  4. Add 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste and cook till the raw smell disappears.
  5. Add in 2 large pureed tomatoes and cook until oil separation.
  6. Put spices: turmeric 1 tsp, red chili powder 1 tsp, cumin powder 1 tsp, coriander powder 1 tsp, and garam masala 1 tsp

Step 4: Mix and Boil

  1. Add the cooked Rajma and water to the masala base.
  2. Stir very well and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring at intervals.
  3. Add salt and 1 tsp Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves) for flavor.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
