Ingredients
  • 2 large carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 medium oranges (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 small piece of ginger (optional, for a zingy taste)
  • 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for extra freshness)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled effect)
Instructions

    • Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them if necessary.

    • Peel the oranges and remove any seeds.

    • If using ginger, peel and chop a small piece.
