  • 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepping the Chicken

    Prepare the chicken: Pat the boneless chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano on both sides.

  3. Adding Garlic Butter

    Sear the chicken: Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for about 3 min. or until they brown, then flip them over and cook for another 2 min. Carely pour melted butter and minced garlic over the chicken thighs.

  4. Baking in the Oven

    Bake the chicken: Place the skillet in a preheated oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) is reached.

  5. Garnishing and Serving

    Garnish and serve: Take out of the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
